From A Mess To A Finished Success In Roughly Half The Time
The process of upgrading your home with an Owens Corning Basement Finishing System differs greatly from conventional basement remodeling. It’s a whole different ballgame. The four major parts you can look forward to are outlined below.
First, we’ve got to meet you, examine your basement area, introduce you to our close-knit company, demonstrate our expertise, and make it obvious this is all we’ve done for 20+ years. There are many considerations, measurements, and discussions to be had.
- No lectures but a conversation with plenty of give and take to find the perfect solution.
- We’ll educate you in the art and science of basement finishing with Owens Corning.
- You’ll get a ton of great info whether you move forward with us or not.
Two things: your project gets oversight with a dedicated project manager (PM), and we pull proper permits on every job. We’ll get inspections for electrical, building, insulation, plumbing, etc. We do this work RIGHT the first time.
- Your PM ensures dimensions are correct and meets with you to go over your design.
- They also explain expectations/project timelines and answer all your questions.
- Everything will be perfect for inspection services, so they’ll pass us with flying colors.
Our average basement finishing project takes as little as 3 weeks, with extensive, complex finishes taking 5-7 (roughly half the time as drywall work). Not only are we faster, but we’re cleaner without as much taping, sanding, mudding, etc.
